I cannot create an account - Do not leave or refresh the quiz page. Try to clear out the sign-up form and re-enter the information. It's possible the username or email you were trying to use has already been taken.
I paid but cannot get my results - First check to make sure your payment was successful. If it was you'll have a receipt from PayPal. If you dont see a receipt from PayPal the payment failed and you were not charged. If the quiz is still open try a different payment method.
I paid but did not create an account - Unfortunately creating your account is how your results are saved. So there is no way to recover them. View the email address on your receipt to request a refund or go to PayPal.com/help
