Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PizzaParties LLC (“JobQuiz,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use JobQuiz (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Quiz responses & coaching content. The answers you give in the career test, and the messages and reflections you share during coaching sessions.
- Account information. Your email address (used for magic-link sign-in and account-related messages).
- Billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited information such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card — never your full card number.
- Usage & device data. Analytics events, pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser/device type, and similar technical data, collected to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- to deliver the test, generate your map, and run coaching sessions;
- to create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in;
- to process subscriptions, trials, and payments;
- to remember your progress across sessions so coaching stays personal;
- to measure usage, improve quality and safety, and prevent abuse;
- to send you service-related and, where permitted, marketing messages (you can opt out of marketing).
3. AI processing
To generate coaching responses, we send relevant parts of your content to AI model providers (currently Anthropic) and, for voice, a text-to-speech provider (currently ElevenLabs). These providers process the data on our behalf to return a result. We do not sell your content, and we instruct our providers not to use it to train their models except as needed to provide the Service.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We share data with vendors who help us run the Service, including:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
- Anthropic — AI model that powers coaching;
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for voiced sessions;
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery;
- Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. welcome email);
- Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (if enabled).
Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your progress, and (if enabled) measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some operational records (for example, pre-checkout snapshots) are purged on a rolling schedule. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at jobquiz@fastmail.com. You can also cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
We operate the Service from, and store data in, facilities that may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take additional steps where required by law.
